Home staging is also known as ‘house doctoring’. It’s a great way to ensure home-owners get a quick sale at the best possible price, or for landlords to achieve maximum rental return for minimal financial outlay.
Home staging has been popular in the USA and Canada for years, and its importance has only recently been recognised here in the UK.
As an independent advisor with interior design and property marketing skills, I can advise on how to present a home at its best. First, I visit the site and assess all the rooms in the house. I then provide written suggestions on how to improve its look and feel, along with a checklist of tasks in order to achieve this.
